Dear August Special Meeting Petitioners and Greens HOA homeowners:
According to Jim Curly properties, all Greens HOA homeowners have been informed of the upcoming annual meeting on January 15Th at 7:00 pm in the Southeast Library just off Bell Rd (2325 Hickory Highlands Drive - map below) and have been sent proxy ballots if needed.
It is critical to have a quorum present at the annual meeting so the business of the HOA may proceed as desired by the homeowners. A quorum may be established either by being present at the meeting or via proxy ballot. If you can not attend and wish to be represented by proxy, the following homeowners will be there and are willing to act as your proxy:
