Nashville from SpotCrime - Important

A few months ago, we wrote to you asking for help re-establishing the Nashville data feed to SpotCrime.

Today, we want to send a big thank you for your proactive inquiries and concerns to your local government officials and the police department. We believe your involvement directly affected the result of a restored data feed to the Nashville SpotCrime maps and alerts.

The out pour of support from the community was very fantastic! We are happy to hear that residents like you are taking every step to help make their communities safer.

We'd also like to thank the Nashville Police Department for restoring the data feed. We are very thankful for their commitment to transparency. Remember, if you have a crime emergency call 911.

Accuracy is very important to us, and with so much data we are not perfect. If you see something that looks off or have a question about our maps please email us at feedback@spotcrime.com. We'll investigate immediately.

As always, if we are not mapping crime in your area, ask your police department to make the data public, and we'll map it for free - using no taxpayer dollars.

Sincerely,

Colin Drane
