Ten Percent of the members of The greens Home Owners Association. Inc. signed petition to retire our current HOA Board of Director Officers in accordance with our by-laws.
This petition was delivered to the Greens HOA Board at their board meeting on 7/17/2008. The Greens HOA/Jim Curley Properties replied in writing that "...the petition was not a legal petition. You did not have proper number of legal signatures. You had one that was delinquent and one that none (sic) owner signed."
Assuming this informaton is accurate, we therfore notify all HOA members who planned on attending the above-mentioned meeting that for the time being it is cancelled.
