What to do if you have lost your pet

Stop by Metro Animal services every three days to look for your lost pet.

Call the Nashville Humane Association at 352-1010 or visit them at 213 Oceola Avenue off of Whitebridge road (Near Charlotte Avenue)

Call or visit other local Animal Shelters or Humane Associations

Call Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic at 383-2600 or Rivergate Pet Emergency Clinic at 859-3778 in case your pet was injured and taken to the Emergency Clinic. These clinics open at 7:30 in the evening.

Contact local Veterinary Clinics

Go to the Main Health Department website at www.healthweb.nashville.gov and click the button in the upper right corner that says, "Find an Animal".

Check the "Found Section" of the classified Ads in the newspaper. Also, place an Ad in the "Lost section" for your pet.

Print up fliers and bring to local stores and see if they will hang on their front door. (I did this and received a call the next day that someone had found my dog).

You can also, contact me at nashborogreens@aol.com and I will post to all the local blogs I run.

Good Luck and Do not Give Up!
